Updating the Inspection Team

The inspection team can be updated when the inspection is in the Confirm Inspection phase by users with the appropriate rights. The INSP_Supervisor right is also required for a user updating the team who is not the owner. This update will be for tasks that have not yet been created.

NOTE: Only the actor can be updated from this window. The task and role cannot be edited.

  1. From the Confirm Inspection task, click Other Actions > Update Inspection Team.
    Result: The Update Inspection Team window is displayed.
  1. Edit the team members.
  2. Enter a comment in the Sign-off Comment field.
  3. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  4. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Result window is displayed. The Result window is a window that displays after updating and asks the user where they would like to go next, such as to the Inspection Detail or back to the Portal Page.
